Do Not Work Here

Pros

Leaving the cesspool they call an office

Cons

No joke, the WORST job I ever had. Completely unprofessional “boy’s club”. A bunch of frat brothers who are insulting, degrading, demeaning and just plain awful. Don’t work for these guys. They don’t care about their employees, only billable time. Once you’ve gotten enough people on the payroll, they dump you. They’ll call you names, encourage in-fighting and will demean you every chance they get.

Don't Recruit

Pros

I guess the bonuses if you make the crazy numbers, but then they're gutted by taxes.

Cons

You'll get micromanaged every second of your life. Everyone works overtime, but you can't claim it. If you claim it, they'll pay you for it, but then your number of people you need to hire to get the bonus goes up, which is why you're working over to begin with. Feels more like a high school between the ex jocks and cheerleaders that work there. You're kinda like a slimy used car salesman. The goal is to hire people for a whole load of fortune 500 companies. So say those companies are paying Apex $50/hr for a position. You'll try to find someone on a job search engine and hire them for $20/hr max. So Apex makes $30/hr for simply finding the person who's actually doing the work and making $20/hr. Why you might ask? To get around workers rights. So they can call you, the recruiter, and tell you to fire someone with no cause. And you have to do it. The job sucks the soul out of you.
