Pros

Unlimited earning potential, ability to advance to difference career paths, good culture, fun atmosphere, strong support staff, good benefits, and ability to build a resume.

Cons

Large Company, not flexible when it comes to new opportunities, general lack of adequate branch management, too focused on goals, meetings, discussions, feedback, etc.

Pros

The only pro is that you get your birthday off, paid.

Cons

The management at Apex blows. Forget about advancement opportunities. The pay is lousy and there isn't room for advancement. If you're a college graduate and looking for your first job, get in and get out after a year so you can get some experience. They'll try to keep you here longer as your first promotion is relatively easy to get to but after that, that's it. It'll take you 2-4 years to get another promotion. The place is filled with overpriveledged, overaged brats and is not a place for the emotionally mature. They don't care about turnover because they know they next hiring class is just a semester away. Also, if you leave and you get another job at a different agency, they'll send their legal department after you and trust me, they WILL go after you if you go to a competitor. Otherwise, this place is a waste of time if you're looking for a career. They'll sell you the job as a career, but it's definitely just a job.

Pros

It's a recruiting bootcamp, if Apex doesn't scare you off from recruiting, you can eventually land high paying recruitment jobs

Cons

- I have PTSD from the micro-management at Apex Systems. There were 4 checkins a day to inform your manager of daily progress. I spent more time creating the check in updates, than work itself. This is a sweat factory work environment. They prey on new college graduates. - M-F 7:30-5 for minimum wage. - The stress they put on you feels like you should be a billionaire on Wall Street. Ironically however you are recruiting for min wage 3 month contracts that give the contractor no heath insurance. I had to fire single mums making 15/hr because they were late to their first day (keep in mind this was at a hospital during first days of COVID, why they were late]. -Meatheads are running the place. This is not a place of strategy and smart thinking, but of grind and burn.
