Pros

Recruiters are very friendly and helpful. Placement process is easy. Lunch with the team a few times a year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.

Cons

No holiday/vacation/sick days! Not a problem if you never get sick or need a day off. But when holiday season rolls around, you might only work and get paid for 1-2 days a week due to mandatory days off. Hourly wages very low. Don't offer raises or promotions.

Pros

They post wages in time

Cons

They exploit contractors and treat different contractors differently depending on the relationship with sales staff. Theere no raises and they will force the lowest rate and bill the highest. The health insurance was very bad. They raised the premium by 40 percent when Obama care went into effect. The support staff is disrespectful. Contractor support is a scam.
