      Pros

      Nothing much. Didn't get the chance to see any pros since I wanted to bolt out of there as soon as I could. Join them only if this is your first job, or if you are unemployed and desperate for a job.

      Cons

      - Take advantage of developers in need of work and negotiate the pay down as much as they can. They lie about what the job offer. Consider negotiating 30% higher than what they tell you the most they offer. - Terrible health insurance, not much different than if you get your own. - Their contractor care phone line is totally helpless. - They lie about the length of the contract.

      Pros

      Very little. Co workers.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. Expected to be overworked without compensation. Managed by a journalism degree holding individual with an extreme lack of management experience. Nothing is confidential, for all employees to know and gossip about. Favors and gifts are given to the chosen few to help earn bonuses. Degrading discussions in public rather than behind-the-scenes....not that it would make it any better. Micro management is a go to approach by those with a lack of experience in such a role. Would not recommend to anyone with actual intelligence and potential. You will be held back.

      Pros

      They work fast to get you to meet the hiring manager. It went well. They have a knack for looking for the right people to fill the job. My position was on point! They know how to pick them. This company is growing and they don't play! They know how to move things along.

      Cons

      Try to get the salary in place instead of disappointing the candidate at the end.
