Pros

The people here were great to work with. Young and fun atmosphere and for the most part it's a work hard/play hard environment. Happy hours, company parties etc are a great bonus when working here.

Cons

They always claim they want to know about your career goals and want to help you get there, however I never felt like they truly did. If you shine in one area, they try to keep you there. Things are very political as well. After having left here, I also realized how bad the salary + commission plan is compared to other staffing agencies. If you are looking to make good money, definitely not the place for you. There are so many other agencies that pay a much higher base salary + commission percentage.

Pros

It works... sometimes. Sometimes you will probably see professionals there, but you'll be lucky

Cons

I was ok with basic salary and even more basic health insurance. However, December 1st 2013 some genius from this company sent a full spreadsheet in open format with personal data, SSNs and salary rates somewhere outside. Only January 15th they bothered to send a mail notification to former and current employees and I did not see any appologe there. So if you care about your personal data and identity theft, try to find other recruiters - usually there's a bunch of them who could send your resume to potential employer.
