      Pros

      Nothing much. Didn't get the chance to see any pros since I wanted to bolt out of there as soon as I could. Join them only if this is your first job, or if you are unemployed and desperate for a job.

      Cons

      - Take advantage of developers in need of work and negotiate the pay down as much as they can. They lie about what the job offer. Consider negotiating 30% higher than what they tell you the most they offer. - Terrible health insurance, not much different than if you get your own. - Their contractor care phone line is totally helpless. - They lie about the length of the contract.

      Pros

      Assignment are a great fit because they actually read your resume and listen. Once you are on assignment your recruiter is in touch and they have a dedicated national contractor care team to make sure everything goes well on assignment

      Cons

      could use a modernization of their time reporting system. Yup that's it. And I really had to think to come up with that one.

      Pros

      The recruiters in the office are all very friendly and welcoming. The benefits are nice.

      Cons

      They require you to make 40+ cold calls a day and get 5 submittals per week. If you don't meet this requirement then you will be set on a termination plan.
