Apex Systems is a great and loving company to work for. 1. they want to hear your opinions and want to put you in the best position for yourself 2. you control your success - you will only get out of the position what you put in 3. The company wants you to move up the career ladder and have a lot of incentives and encouragement in place to help you do so. 4. I have had 4 different managers since starting here 2 years ago and every single one of them has been excellent and monumental in my success. 5. I started in the National office and saw an opportunity open in Orlando and they helped get me there, when I decided that the position was not right for me the office took me back with open arms - they are flexible in helping you get the position that makes you the most successful. 6. Last and most certainly not least, they live by their core values and expect every one of their employees to live by the same, this may be a big company but they do treat you as a name and not a number.
