Starting as a recruiter and now running the Orlando branch it's great to experience first hand how much opportunity Apex has to offer. Over 95% of our leadership teams across the country have been promoted from within. In addition, our service offerings to our clients continue to grow year over year, and that is showing in the numbers being the second largest IT staffing and services company in the US. We have great people offering a great service. and have fun while we do it.

Cons

The IT Industry is very challenging and constantly changing. We put in extra work to make sure we stay up to date with not only the IT industry in general, but with consistent technology training and our flexibility to adapt with our clients ever changing needs. It's not easy but we make it happen!

You definitely get out what you put in!

Pros

Very strong, ethical leadership to work for. They give you a very good combination of support from the corporate side, but enough autonomy to do your job the way you can do it best. The Recruiter/Account Manager roles both allow you to work as hard as possible and find out what your potential is in this industry. Very competitive pay and a very fun team environment. Coming from a lifelong sports background, the competitive spirit makes it a very fun and challenging place to work. Also, you get to work with the biggest companies in the US and learn to be a valuable partner to them. It's hard to find better real-world business experience than that.

Cons

Low base salary, but it is well compensated for by the generous commission structure. If you are successful at Apex, you won't even look back at the low base salary.
