      Pros

      The people here were great to work with. Young and fun atmosphere and for the most part it's a work hard/play hard environment. Happy hours, company parties etc are a great bonus when working here.

      Cons

      They always claim they want to know about your career goals and want to help you get there, however I never felt like they truly did. If you shine in one area, they try to keep you there. Things are very political as well. After having left here, I also realized how bad the salary + commission plan is compared to other staffing agencies. If you are looking to make good money, definitely not the place for you. There are so many other agencies that pay a much higher base salary + commission percentage.

      Pros

      Their online entry of entering weekly timesheets are easy. The hr department is helpful if you call them with questions.

      Cons

      I have contracted with Apex for over 8 months and have only seen the account manager once and have seen my contact person only when i hired on. You think they would want to meet with us on occasion. All we get is a call if our timesheet is not done. I would never recommend anyone to contract thru APEX. The contract benefit package sucks... Very expensive to get health benefits.

      Pros

      The hiring team for contractors were enthusiastic and quickly gave me feedback on the position. The Program Manager was accessible, almost annoyingly tracking the progress.

      Cons

      Benefits package is horrible, Pay is horrible in comparison to co-workers. However, I can not blame it entirely on Apex it is the Sub-contractor to the Sub-Contractor to the Contractor of the Military system that is to blame.
