      Must be highly sales-driven to succeed in this environment. Agency recruiting can be inpersonal and building your business takes time and patience. There is high competition between employees.

      Cons

      I think the company is investing in new hires but the business is a tough one. If you are not disciplined, hungry and forever persistent...the fit might not be right for you. It can be tricky to transition into role without a "true base" salary but if you are performer..it works out.
