Cons

Like any sales job it's what you make of it. If you invest and give it your all you will be wealthy. The people who express negative reviews about CyberCoders or any other sales job for that matter simply were not good performers and as such received the micromanagement that their performance deserved

- Lots of free stuff - "unlimited PTO" - Some managers are great

Cons

- "Unlimited PTO" means you don't get paid while on vacation somehow - There's tons about "earning potential" but what they mean is you work your butt off to "split" a placement with someone. - Most of the managers just want results. They don't spend the time to train you. - This is basically an entry level job with a base salary barely above minimum wage.
