Training was lax, general. Some of the leaders are there because they're good at recruiting, not leading.

Pros

You can work hard, and get rewarded handsomely for it. The commission is great! Company culture is second to none! I love my manager!! The president is super approachable! Company events are so much fun! Beach parties, banquet halls, and rooftop bars!

Cons

If you're not doing well, it's hard to watch your peers making a ton of me for doing the same job, so make sure you're working hard and doing well!!

Pros

There are endless possibilities here at CyberCoders and they give you all the tools that you need to succeed. Our Recruiting technology that we use here is unmatched by other Recruiting company competitors which is why we are so successful here. The working environment here is very laid back, casual dress, and the people that work here are amazing! They treat us well here and throw awesome company parties and quarterly luncheons for those that hit their goals. If you are a hard worker, and are determined to make more money that you ever have before, it's hard not to succeed here.

Cons

The draw commission structure takes some getting used to, but other then that, there are no real cons to working here.
