      You get to be autonomous High performers are happy to share their time and knowledge

      Cons

      -They ask you to go against your noncompete -they tell you to learn a new market and that they will train you on it and then give zero meetings on that market so be prepared to learn a market from scratch on your own time -no pto -people remove contact info the system

      I have been working at CyberCoders for about 6 months now and the opportunity to make some real money is definitely there. You have to work hard the first few months to build up your desk but you have a great support system as well as very helpful technology/resources to assist in your success. Just like any job, expect to work hard but it definitely pays off! Also, work life balance is great as well as no micromanagement throughout the day.

      Overall, no real cons. Great opportunity for growth, compensation, and work life balance.
