Great company for benefits and fair compensation.

Cons

No chance of advancement and they do not have any training or education opportunities.

Pros

Job security - if you lose your contract position, and you're a good worker and flexible, they will most likely try to put you on another contract. Good HR, benefits, caring management.

Cons

Some of the contracts are low-ball, so the pros can be a tradeoff. You may need to take a pay cut for job security. Offsite personnel can be forgotten.

ECS Federal has potential but a lot of work to do

Pros

-For the most part, general ECS Federal staff are good people that are trying to do good work they can be proud of. -The majority of staff has BA degrees, a few Phd level degrees, pay does not reflect degrees held unfortunately

Cons

-Pay is horrible, especially for the staff that has Bachelor's, Master's and Phd degrees. -Some employees are very poor representations of ECS Federal according to ECS Federal's mission statement as well as against EEOC.
