• This is the worst company I have ever worked for, with employees treated as expendable and exploited for profit with little regard for their well being • Company culture is highly toxic, dominated by politics and favoritism • A small circle of people receive constant preferential treatment while others are ignored or dismissed • Management focuses more on micromanaging people than supporting teams to do their work • Long hours and nonstop demands are exhausting and unsustainable, driving many strong employees to leave • Communication routinely excludes people, making collaboration unnecessarily difficult • Professional behavior is often lacking, and several decisions feel unethical and deeply questionable
