      Tremendous nursing talent/excellent co-workers, great commute if you live on the Eastside

      Nepotism/managers coddling their friends, lack of response to excessive absenteeism, driving low morale, lack of meaningful engagement of staff members, frequent and excessive policy changes, cramped/loud work place, top heavy with management, virtually zero growth opportunity

      Pros

      Love the staff and patients; beautiful facility that is frequently getting updates. There is a great selection for specialty care.

      Cons

      Management is very disorganized. They do not seem to listen to feedback from support staff on much needed process improvements. Upper management seems to turn a blind eye to issues below them. Support areas for patient care are chronically understaffed.
