Pros

Great pay and Benefits, wonderful Co-Workers, great facility. Staffing Ratios are very typical. Patients are nice. Direct managers are easy to work with.

Cons

Difficult in my department to get time off. They need better plans for sick calls. We are frequently short on staff. Staff education could be better in terms of making it easier for staff to take advantage of educational opportunities.

The physicians were amazing and I love that we wanted to care for patients in the same way. To make them feel like friends and family and not just part of another Healthcare system.

Cons

New management took over in 2015 and wanted to bring in their own team instead of using the existing team so many people quit or transferred.
