      Pros

      Many of the co-workers are knowledgeable, and available if you are unsure of anything. Team work is a must and shows this skill off very well.

      Cons

      Feels like at times there aren't much growth opportunities.

      Pros

      The patients and their families were the only reason I would report to work each shift.

      Cons

      The lab management did not train the new employees properly and instead of correcting the problem, bullied the new and poorly trained employees, and encouraged the current employees to bully and ostracize the new employees.
