      Pros

      Good work environment, positive staff interactions, involved and considerate management make for a pleasant work environment, ED feels like a big family and most people get along as friends

      Cons

      Understaffed leading to a shortage of breaks and often having more to do than you'd like - however this also allows for a lot of opportunities for overtime and extra pay

      Loved working with patients--it's why I'm in the medical field

      Cons

      Clinic management was mixed. Upper management added a great deal of uneccessary paperwork and rigid organization in order to "simplify." It didn't simplify. It frustrated. When anything bad happens, don't expect upper management to have your back even if all of your peers do.

      Very friendly and kind people to work with. Free parking. Employee activities to help you feel a part of the organization.

      Cons

      I was in a technical role and my functional counterparts are underpaid and seem to resent those of us in IT who are paid closer to our market value. The result is IT is expected to do more than a typical IT folks would be ask to do.
