      Has so much potential to be a great place to work but it's not.

      Pros

      Beautiful facility and artwork. Free parking. Some really good nurses who are excellent at their job. Beautiful patient rooms. Decent cafeteria.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed. Management values cutting costs over safety of staff. Outdated equipment. Low pay scales compared to comparable other hospitals.

      Great staff who genuinely care about the patients. They provide exceptional care in spite of, rather than with the support of, hospital management

      Cons

      Management is more concerned about the 'bottom line' than meeting the health needs of the community they are mandated (as a tax payer funded public hospital) to serve.
