on my unit: excellent standard of care, excellent teamwork, very competent and innovative nurses

Cons

Typcial healthcare issues with upper management/administration being out of touch with floor nurses. Typical issues with high patient census and low staffing. High turnover since COVID.

The pay was less than seattle but I also worked in Redmond, u can work as much as you want.there’s always overtime available

Great team, manager, the opportunity to do therapy not just crisis care, and good insurance.

Cons

Decent pay for community mental health but low as far as industry standard for LMHC and LiCSW. High case loads, dated software, unrealistic expectations for productivity as upper management at the Hospital does not understand the population in community mental health. Little support for burn out.
