Loved my job, upper management does not care about staff

Pros

Loved working with patients--it's why I'm in the medical field

Cons

Clinic management was mixed. Upper management added a great deal of uneccessary paperwork and rigid organization in order to "simplify." It didn't simplify. It frustrated. When anything bad happens, don't expect upper management to have your back even if all of your peers do.

Great, Dedicated Employees; Poor Management

Pros

Great staff who genuinely care about the patients. They provide exceptional care in spite of, rather than with the support of, hospital management

Cons

Management is more concerned about the 'bottom line' than meeting the health needs of the community they are mandated (as a tax payer funded public hospital) to serve.

Pros

I always knew what was expected of me and was able to do it.

Cons

Very little follow through as far as remediation was concerned... Employees were supposed to be removed from actively working after being written up twice, until remediation. This did NOT occur.
