      A little listening would go a long way in the Lab

      Pros

      Some wonderful people, fairly high level of care and cleanliness. Okay pay. Great directors. Can learn a lot about the different departments easily and quickly. Some front runner technology and techniques.

      Cons

      Middle management is a poor. Act like bosses not leaders. Won't get rid of the problem people despite documented harassment and hostility. Manipulation is rampant. Gossiping is common. As always at work, don't talk about personal stuff unless you want everybody to know.

      Beautiful Big hard working environmental staff that cleans and maintains Dedicated Volunteers

      Cons

      No accountability of Administration and Management this hospital has a problem with equality and fairness in there hiring practices. They care more about their bottom line than those who are actually the face of the hospital. Rude Nursing Staff Overworked staff They do not up hold their cor values Do not keep their promises

      EHMC is a nice facility and in general the people in the lab are pleasant.

      Cons

      Poor management & disorganized. You won't get great experience as a Med Tech here. Limited testing and critical thinking skills are discouraged.
