      Pros

      The doctor I work with and a few colleagues.

      Cons

      MODERN DAY SLAVERY! Overworked, underpaid, short staffed, not enough staff coverage to take a proper break or lunch and don't you dare attest on your time card that you were unable to take a break/lunch because you will be talked to. Constantly being micromanaged by upper management, unrealistic exceptions, takes months to hire new staff because everyone quits once they realize how toxic it is to work here.

      Pros

      Good coworkers, good medical benefits, decent PTO, decent salary.

      Cons

      Upper management is 95% rich and white with minimal understanding of what it means to serve a diverse population. They don’t like mental heath patients. They use a EIB system rather than a true sick day program and it does not benefit the employee but saves them a lot of money. Getting raises can be tough, and therefore many employees are covered by a union.

      Pros

      Lovely facility. Some very skilled providers. Staff kind to patients. Good hospital; many specialty clinics. Good initial general hospital orientation.

      Cons

      Over emphasis on "the bottom line." A lot of insidious, passive aggressive (and not-so-passive) backstabbing among employees at all levels. There is clear favoritism and nepotism among select employees. Constructive feedback is rare. Discrimination seen.
