      Not a good company to work for.

      Good benefits and decent salary compared to market.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, Favoritism, and overall a horrible start up company to work for. 4 lay offs within the past year that we know of and they can not keep people. Ask the question, ‘employee retention?’

      Pros

      Met some of the greatest people I have had the opportunity to work with in the earlier years when the company was mission driven and cared about patient care.

      Cons

      Cannot believe how toxic and dysfunctional the company was until I left. The clinical focus is not there, it’s all about marketing and trying to make $ using ideas that other companies are already doing in a saturated market. Leadership is a clique and it’s clear anyone who cared about patients and doing the right thing is long gone by now.

      Peers are incredibly smart, effective, compassionate, and fun. Ample career opportunities due to higher turnover and junior team.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely toxic. Senior management sets poor strategy, micromanages, and is not trustworthy. Huge lack of transparency and dubious ethics. Leadership creates stress, does not respect work/life boundaries, and prevents those beneath them from working effectively. Initiatives thrust onto the teams below them are poorly thought out and will lead the company to failure.
