Pros

There were a few thoughtful, genuine people who cared about patients and cared about science - a few.

Cons

Backbiting, disingenuous, self-serving, manipulative…….truly the worst company I’ve ever experienced.

Heading in a bad direction

Pros

Some people joined for the right reasons

Cons

Leadership remains out of touch with people outside of their clique. Egos are a problem…which results in bullying and lack of understanding, you won’t find leadership talking openly and honestly. In Lieu of supporting the teams in patient care with clinical training they would rather take shortcuts….this is risky and not sustainable. Employees across teams are getting burnt out …from changing focus and everyone leaving. Pay is not competitive and career growth is stagnant.

Pros

-legacy PWN & Home Access actually care about making an impact on patient's lives -some pockets of the company are genuine and overall great people -lifestyle spending benefit (100/month) -unlimited PTO -WFH fully remote

Cons

-hierarchy- like TOXIC hierarchy -their values are a joke no matter how hard they try to sell you that they care they in fact do not -meetings can be incredibly hostile and blame game-y -if you have to work with Product expect tense meetings that leave you drained -NOT a healthcare company, this is a full blown marketing operation -female employees earning less than male counterparts -the higher ups know how to dance around a difficult topic, don't be fooled when questions/issues go unaddressed -some people are legit robots with zero emotion/care for patients it's baffling -going against the grain will get you bullied/pushed out -so much internal movement, re-orgs, folks leaving, it's been difficult to get things done with the right people involved -C-Suite doesn't care about feedback at all -DEI is iffy; they try (kind of) but most don't "do the work"
