Lack of strategic focus - changed monthly. Not responsive to customer needs unless very large client. Lack of experience in executing. Much more like a consulting company than a company that executed on sales, product, or partnership goals. Continual changee in the C-suite.

Leadership seem not to understand the direction the company should be heading. They heavily relied on features related to COVID the last year, and haven't had the forethought as to how to move the company in a new direction. This has resulted in two layoffs in a short span of time, which easily could have been avoided. they have also moved away from fully remote to a required two days in the office. their reasons being that it improved collaboration and reduces siloed employees. This is absolute not true as we have not had any issues with remote work. A number of organizational changes that made no sense were implemented last year. Questions regarding these changes were rarely ever answered. this place is a sinking ship and leadership is doing a bad job of it. it's unfortunate because there are some great people that work there.
