Awesome mission! Great employees. Average to slightly above benefits. Great products and services. Many employees are smart and caring and dedicated to the mission/service.
Cons
Leadership. It’a all who you know. A great deal of bias in all aspects hiring, promotions, performance management, recognition you name it it’s probably biased if anyone w a Director or above title is leading it, or one of this besties. I would also mention micro aggressions although there’s nothing micro about them. They have a DEIB pro that from where I sat didn’t seem to be allowed to do the work to make the changes needed which further tells me leadership is not committed to DEIB except to check the box. It’s very sad that “it’s a start up” is used to excuse bad behaviors and poor leadership.
