      Cannot believe the company still exists

      Pros

      Met some of the greatest people I have had the opportunity to work with in the earlier years when the company was mission driven and cared about patient care.

      Cons

      Cannot believe how toxic and dysfunctional the company was until I left. The clinical focus is not there, it’s all about marketing and trying to make $ using ideas that other companies are already doing in a saturated market. Leadership is a clique and it’s clear anyone who cared about patients and doing the right thing is long gone by now.

      A lot of potential as a company and many committed and thoughtful employees

      Cons

      All of the leadership that advocated for the patients the company is supposed to serve have left the company in the past 12-18 months. The company is now driven entirely by marketing and sales, rather than clinicians and scientists. Paranoid and micromanaging culture.
