Pros

The company has a great benefits package.

Cons

There is favoritism, toxicity from leadership in many departments, and it trickles down to the employees. It’s a shame to see so many great people go, but it has clearly been a trend in the last year at this company. Leadership does not try to look at root causes of why people are leaving, middle managers do not take responsibility for their poor management or own up to mistakes. Most of the diversity at this company is shown in the lower-level jobs like support and lab employees. Do better.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. We care deeply about our employee experience and regularly provide employees with an opportunity to provide feedback to the organization. When employees choose to leave Everly, we consider that an opportunity to learn and grow and request honest feedback from them before they leave so we can make changes accordingly. We take the items you listed very seriously, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will continue to improve. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Interesting mission, innovative work and nice office perks like standing desks and a cold-brew keg

Cons

Micro-management is part of company culture from the CEO on down. Turnover is high, diversity is low, and the combination makes the culture toxic. Love to hire “token” BIPOC and flaunt them in marketing/recruiting materials

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We strive to be a best-in-class workplace and grow from the feedback we receive from current and previous employees. Micro-management is not tolerated as part of our company culture. However, we do recognize that some managers need to be directly involved in day-to-day work, while other managers can allow greater autonomy. The level of management engagement varies greatly depending on the needs of each team. We believe in empowering our Everlys, which is reflected in our core competencies. Our turnover rate is far lower than national averages; while national averages are around 3% monthly, we are currently around 1% for the year to date. We work hard to retain top talent and make Everly Health a great place to work. We are fully committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in alignment with our mission, vision, and values as an organization, and we’re sorry that wasn’t seen during your time here. We regularly evaluate our efforts based on a broad scope of diversity dimensions for a high level of accountability throughout the organization, including in our recruiting and marketing materials. We’ll continue to work on this as we are committed to doing better. Thank you again for providing this feedback.
