      Pros

      Great team and culture to work with - Great work location and environment. Good places to have lunch around - As a startup, your value is easily recognized - They do a good job communicating on the goals and direction of the company - You learn a lot about running a business because there is a lot of cross-departmental and business updates - A lot of group activities that keeps the culture fun - Good benefits

      Cons

      Still growing, so there is a lot of work - Working from home is not encouraged, but there is unlimited PTO, so that helps.

      Pros

      - The people are competent, diverse, and affable, which is a rare mix (especially in Austin). - Little-to-no drama in the workplace - Leadership team is extremely transparent with employees, on everything from finance to strategy. - Impressive benefits, including unlimited PTO for salaried employees and great paternity leave - Free and discounted tests - Unique office with free garage parking to Seaholm businesses such as Trader Joe’s - Free coffee, beer on tap, La Croix, and snacks - Literally changing lives with the products - Many ladies in leadership roles - Fairly flat - the CEO (Julia) mingles with everyone regardless of title, and when leadership isn’t busy, they’re easy to go talk to - Relaxed dress code

      Cons

      - The open office can be distracting - The pace and workload aren’t for everyone - HIPPA compliancy and FDA regulation can make ordinary things way more complicated - The competition is increasing quickly

      Clear vision, Flawless execution, Fast growth

      Pros

      - total alignment between functional leads - amazing board, advisors, and investors - wicked smart people in all functions - a great level of individual and group success can be achieved - career opportunities are abound

      Cons

      - it's hard (but stimulating) work, which understandably not right for everyone - no free lunches, literally and figuratively - not the right place if you want to lounge around at work These aren't cons, but just want to point it out that the company goals are ambitious and everyone is pushing forth with lots of energy. The standards are high, and all of your peers will uphold them.
