- great place to get experience doing challenging things - great place to force yourself to learn to set boundaries and demand clarification from leaders - great stepping stone to the next opportunity

Cons

- leadership wants to be everything, everywhere, at the same time, without clear strategic initiatives to do so - everyone with a background in health, medicine, or science is forced out or leaves because leadership fundamentally doesn't value scientific and medical rigor over marketing claims - chaotic in terms of projects and their projected value. Lots of "scrap this, we wanna chase this next shiny market butterfly now instead", followed by "oh, actually the first and well-thought out idea was better after all". All. The. Time.

My manager is a bit problematic and sometimes I feel in the dark about company decisions until the very last second. My job is a little in the weeds and most people don't know i exist lol
