Pros

- Remote work, seemingly permanently, a pro for me - You'll work with incredible people (until they flee) - You will learn so much about yourself & your personal limits

Cons

If you take one thing away from this review, let it be that this is one of the worst companies you could ever work for. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy work here, and I once gave that person lice on purpose. Do not apply, do not interview, do not get acquired by Everly Health. You will regret it. It is a rotating door of incredible talent that they cannot keep due to terrible leadership. Said leadership is routinely guilty of gaslighting their employees, steamrolling boundaries, and even, at times, being abusive. This behavior seems to start with the CEO and CMO and trickles down company-wide. They do not take feedback well, and are more likely to retaliate to criticism rather than grow from it. The company and leaders are clearly unsure on the path forward, with products, priorities, goals, and forecasts constantly changing, further contributing to an all-around terrible work environment. Protect yourself, your health, your friends, your family.

Pros

- Flexible remote arrangements - Impressive commitment to DEI

Cons

- The work-life balance was very poor and largely unaddressed by the company - The higher-ups were out of touch with the toxic culture they were creating - There was the expectation of working evenings and weekends with little appreciation - Everyone's calendars were very meeting heavy

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take it seriously and are always looking for ways to improve our employees’ experiences. We continue to invest in leadership training and development, and our engagement surveys are a great way to provide direct feedback to our leadership team. We also understand the challenging work we are doing to transform lives through modern diagnostic-driven care can be demanding. We continue to encourage Everlys to take care of themselves and their health through our robust benefits, including utilizing Headspace, Lyra, and PTO. If you have additional feedback, we hope you’ll share it with share@everlyhealth.com so we can work to be better for our customers, our patients, and our employees. -Everly Health

Pros

Remote work and that’s about it.

Cons

Bullies from the top. The general manager of the enterprise business is a huge bully which also gives the green light for everyone under her to terrorize other departments. It’s disgusting behavior and even school children know better.
