Pros

Everlywell is a wonderful company that I feel really cares about its employees and customers. Even though most of us were hired as remote workers during the pandemic, I feel like they have done a great job of fostering a sense of belonging and culture.

Cons

Working from home sometimes proves difficult to have an ideal work-life balance. Especially in the Care department when working on holidays is often mandatory.

great management, fun work perks, super accomodating with WFH tools, and an amazing mission, to boot.

Cons

Not really a con, but it's a lot of work! It's easy to make it a fun challenge, though.
