Horrible technology, dozens of inefficient systems and platforms that don't work with each other. Managers frequently made political remarks, blaming one political party for the current (declining) state of sales. I overheard multiple conversations about how we're too "woke" and that people "didn't used to be so sensitive." Onboarding was vague, unrelated to my role, and completely unhelpful. Nobody is efficient at their jobs, and no leaders take any responsibility. They refused to pay me $3k in commissions that had been promised and approved in writing last month, saying they determined I was no longer eligible for some inexplicable reason.

This company is caught constantly in a series of being bought, rebranded, & sold again (from private, to public, then private again) which completely dismantles what started out as a great company with an awesome culture that one was proud to be a part of. It’s since been overrun by “suits” who could not care less about you. Way too corporate now.
