Pros

Entry level pay seems more than other utilities. Engineers actually do technical work. A lot of mentorships, management training sessions for new employees and technical presentations for new engineers.

Cons

Tuition reimbursement is barely anything, $5250. No OT pay for exempt employees during storms, can expect to work 16 hour shifts during storms. Bonuses and raises are pretty low when you have no experience. Promotions take a long time.
