      Your Pay is great. Our Benefits are terrific. There is Job Security.

      Cons

      Hard to get back to customers with certains orders, not enough time off the phones. Dress code is pointless.

      I just yesterday completed a 7 week training coarse at the brand new training facility in Berlin, CT. From the first day to the last, all the people in the process were super helpful. HR helped us enroll in all the insurance benefits(which started the morning we did), and the trainers top notch. The atmosphere at Eversource is like a huge team of people working together regardless or position. Health and safety is #1. If you are looking to secure your future and be happy at work everyday, this is the place.

      Cons

      The only complaint is with myself for not coming here earlier.
