Pros

Too busy for layoffs right now.

Cons

No respect for older, straight white employees. Employees afraid to speak up so bad policies prevail. Manager and above step in others to climb the ladder up.

Additionally, Eversource actively works to develop and retain a diverse workforce and is committed to diversity. Pros

Good benefits and partial work remote.

Cons

Storm duty and management given positions based on time at company not knowledge. Continue to make bad business decisions and pass costs to the customer.

Pros

The work force is on the older side so there is a lot of room for advancement

Cons

Exempt employees are treated very unfairly, particularly during storms. Everyone plays by a different set of rules and policies are non-existent, especially in New Hampshire. Management works tirelessly to prove to exempt employees that their time is not valuable.
