      Great place, can change jobs without changing companies, a lot of different jobs in the company

      A lot of change going on in the company so there is constant chaos.

      Pros

      Salary, benefits are good. I making more here for what I do than I would elsewhere. There are a few gems for managers.

      Cons

      Direction from above frequently changes, often have to throw away work. Corporate in Connecticut forces other states to fit their mold rather than listening to them and customizing management/operations/marketing. Communication across company is very poor. De-motivating.
