      Pros

      Feeling like the work I do is valuable to our customers. The company works hard to make improvements where needed but also makes it a regular practice to identify and share wins across teams. The people I work with are great. Work-life balance is great. Communication from Senior Leadership is often and goals are communicated out regularly - so I understand where my responsibilities fit in.
