Pros

Energy Efficiency Department - Lunch and Learns provide an opportunity to keep up with new products in the energy efficiency sector. Work atmosphere is relatively relaxed.

Cons

Too many financial waste processes in the workflow can be frustrating for any employee that contributes to the energy fund that drives this energy efficiency business. Worker retention is poor. Discriminatory practices are surprisingly common for women and minorities. Religion and politics are freely discussed at work at all levels. Growth is stagnant.
