      The legacy of the organization that preceded it.

      Cons

      Low morale, and what remained in the end, a gutted organization that left supervision barely capable of forming a comprehensible sentence in communication.

      Hmmmm? Sorry, no pros. Just a couple years ago, you could expect a decent work/life balance, but that's all gone now with the downsizing that's been done.

      Cons

      Shrinking sales, shrinking workforce, but management ranks continue to expand. They're doubling down on micro-management. Don't waste your career here.
