      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are the best in the area. People get along in general. Room to move up if desired.

      Cons

      Some people show up to work to hide out for 30 years and collect a pension while others carry their weight.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Very capable field workforce.

      Cons

      About as high up as I can reach on the Corporate ladder, I find disgruntled employees. The upper level mgmt in the company has turned into just a bunch of bean counters. They evaluate "false" data as far as productivity and efficiency of the field workforce. We work hard and do our best to provide our customers with great service. Please, please just get out of our way so we can do our jobs.

      Pros

      I'm excited to come to work for a Company which is always looking to be better at what it does. We are all challenged to think of our work differently, bring forth new ideas and make change happen. Additionally, the pay and benefits are great. I get to work with friendly, like-minded people who are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      While I don't consider this a con, it is a watch out for those who don't adapt well to change. Like all businesses, a lot of change continues to occur. You need to be resilient to change to be successful.
