When I started at this company before the merger it was great, they cared about the employees and the customers saw us in a positive light. Since the merger 4 years ago it is constant downsizing. The upper management is never seen unless they have something to boast about or deliver edicts. My department is run like a daycare and most supervisors treat us like children. Some of the team leads and supervisors should not be in their positions, their incompetence drives down moral. The company does nothing to boost moral.
You can't move up unless you have a family member in upper management, I have lost out on promotes and positions a number times to lesser qualified people because they have a family member in management.
