      Pros

      Eversource values their people, and provides opportunities for growth. Despite going through a significant merger, they operate at a pace that adequately drives change without creating chaos amongst the business. Competitive wages and positive and inclusive culture. They also provide the right level of flexibility, due to the multiple geographic locations.

      Cons

      The company still has some old-school thinking and hasn't yet adopted best practices, but I believe that will come in time. Need to change the way of thinking so that the company operates as one Eversource, and holds those accountable that still feel they work for one of the legacy companies.
