      Great benefits ( 401k w/match, pension plan, health, dental, vision, 3 weeks vacation for new hire, EAP, sick days, wellness programs)

      Cons

      The company is too political. It is who you know and not what you know in this company.

      A Job That Matters

      Pros

      A lot of pride in working for a company that provides such an essential service as Electric and Gas service to New England. Really, really genuine people who care about their jobs.

      Cons

      Some people have preconceived ideas about their utility company (gouging the public) which are not true. This is a really good company with honest people. I've enjoyed telling my neighbors the "real story" of why their energy bill is so high!
