      RED FLAG - Union employee wasted my gas to Berlin

      NONE ..... Not worth the time waste!

      Cons

      Don't waste peoples time, if a Union employee was already in line for the job. At least tell us before we drive an hour to Berlin, CT. to find out I am testing with another Union employee. Who may I add walked out already knowing she had the job, while talking on her cell phone. Our time is just as valuable as yours!

      Pros

      I just yesterday completed a 7 week training coarse at the brand new training facility in Berlin, CT. From the first day to the last, all the people in the process were super helpful. HR helped us enroll in all the insurance benefits(which started the morning we did), and the trainers top notch. The atmosphere at Eversource is like a huge team of people working together regardless or position. Health and safety is #1. If you are looking to secure your future and be happy at work everyday, this is the place.

      Cons

      The only complaint is with myself for not coming here earlier.
