Health benefits are very reasonable.

Cons

In such a competitive world, the company hires people to do similar jobs as current employees yet pays them quite a bit more to get them to accept the job. As a current employee it saddens me that I cannot make more than I am.

Cons

This is not a place for someone who wants to have a life, or had small children. The hours can get long with little notice. You can ask 5 different people something, and get 5 different answers. Everything is very micromanaged. Storm response Sometimes it can feel like the company is so secretive

Very little. Management are gutless butt kissers.

Cons

Way too much work. Very political. ES has gone full ESG. Older workers are treated poorly.
