      Pros

      There are no dead ends. Decent salaries and benefits. It is a utility company and will be around forever. I have never had a bad day at work at Eversource.

      Cons

      Some managers are way better than others. Some others in management have zero understanding of electricity. Most people know the exact day they are eligible to retire and talk about it every day.
