      Pros

      Great benefits and pay! Coworkers are very nice and helpful when assistance is needed! Not only is the hiring process very thorough, but the training is extremely in depth to make sure we have the best knowledge for our customers!

      There are no downsides that I have experienced so far!

      Job responsibilities are not clear. Upper management climbs all over each other and can’t get anything out the door.

      Pros

      Salary, benefits are good. I making more here for what I do than I would elsewhere. There are a few gems for managers.

      Cons

      Direction from above frequently changes, often have to throw away work. Corporate in Connecticut forces other states to fit their mold rather than listening to them and customizing management/operations/marketing. Communication across company is very poor. De-motivating.
